The Pre-Visit

I know that seeing a new hairstylist can feel a little scary. Your hair is personal, and building trust matters. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning.

Once you book your appointment online, you will receive a welcome email from me with everything you need to know before you arrive including how to find the studio, where to park, and what to expect during your visit.

You will then receive a confirmation email 72 hours before your appointment with the option to confirm or reschedule your appointment if needed.

When you arrive, I will welcome you into my private studio and we will begin with a thorough consultation to talk about your hair goals.

Nervous about starting with a new hairstylist?

I totally understand. But, Don’t worry, that wont happen here!

Before each appointment whether you are a new or existing guest I like to chat about your hair history, your lifestyle, and both your short term and long term goals. I will share with you my professional recommendations and together we will create a plan so you feel confident, cared for and excited about your hair before we begin.

After your visit

When you leave my chair, my goal is for you to feel refreshed, confident and truly taken care of. I will review your at home care, product recommendations and maintenance plan so you know exactly how to keep your color and style looking its best.
